Domenico Corna skillfully crafted a fairy world in "Wood of Plane" to introduce a new universe where reality is different as Fairy tales are a fantastic method to imagine an other world where we may examine the systems of our own. We can see how the author envisions a world before the Big Bang, when all the old souls were scattered to other dimensions. Some of them also travelled to Earth and now reside here. They must become a free soul in order to leave behind their old memories and knowledge and the turmoil and regularity of our existence. But since they require all the departed spirits to assemble and come home, accomplishing that is difficult. In order to bring together all of their old friends in the wood of the plane they refer to as their home, David and Laura will create a fairy tale world. However, there are also those people from Earth who are searching for fresh meaning in life in light of a new reality.
I admire the author's use of gorgeous lyrical words and a masterful storytelling approach to develop the plot line. The world construction is astounding, and the philosophical perspective is so extensively developed that it demands attention. It takes a lot of effort to merge parallel universes while asking critical questions. Stunning primary characters like David and Laura, as well as various supporting characters with varied motivations, were psychologically fascinating to me. I was astounded by the author's ability as a result of the magic system and the world-creation.'Wood of Plane' is a fantastic book with a truly original theme: attempting to answer the everlasting philosophical concerns that have plagued people's minds for a very long time. But if there was anything that the author's easy ability to combine an alternate universe with a philosophical point of view with real-world issues has bewildered me more than anything else. It was undoubtedly a fantastic book, and I heartily suggest it to any fan of fantasy who enjoys a philosophical undertone in their quest to understand deeper meanings of life.
