All for You
Tender with you
as never I have been,
I’ll caress your wishes—
pure and true love,
for every minute of the day,
even those that don’t exist,
for every fairy tale never told,
for each heart of a lover,
in every poem, every song,
only and always together.
I will trample you
harder than I have ever done.
I’ll tear away your dreams one by one—
pure and true hatred,
for every minute of the day,
also beyond time.
I build the worst nightmares.
I will be your worst enemy.
You’ll hate me with every curse
without being able to get me.
When finally you know who you are
and shine like the sun,
you will also discover my pain
for every breath, for each offense—
how weak was my strength,
how I have wept in solitude,
hating myself like nobody ever has,
to see you here finally—all for you.
One special soul is walking with us—within us. With an
incomprehensible presence and unbridgeable distance, he or she makes
us fall in love and measures the strength of our love. He or she
loves our sighs and our conflicts in the sad days as in those
shining.
